Ugh. The last few days have been so hectic, that I haven't really had time to do anything but eat, sleep, read, and sit (sleep?) in class. So, sorry to all those to whom I owe texts, phone calls, and e-mails. I swear I'm trying to get to them.
With exams 2 weeks away, people in my class have officially begun to freak out. Myself included. I'm trying to put tons more effort into preparing so that I feel much more confident when taking the test, but it translates into being exhausted all them time. Plus, with papers and oral arguments taking up more time than should be allowed, just keeping up with daily reading for classes is frustrating. And then, somehow, I'm supposed to be getting a summer job.
As long as that job involves me taking naps during the day, we should be fine.
But, just as a heads-up, it is likely I will continue to be pretty reticent until exams are done mid-May.
I watched Planet of the Dead as my reward for finishing up some homework.

I tend not to like one-off companions and that held true here. Not that I hated Lady Christina, but I've never liked the so-rich-I'm-bored type.
I liked Malcolm and all his hero-worship of the Doctor. And he named a unit of measurement after himself. I found that hilarious.
Liked that there was UNIT without having to mention Martha.
The monsters were a bit stupid, actually. I didn't think really they were that scary and I thought the Doctor was a bit dismissive of them eating?/demolishing? an entire planet.
Here's the preview for the next special, which will be shown in Nov? (Actually, I had heard around Thanksgiving, but since Great Britain doesn't do Thanksgiving, that date can't be right.)
I also like the spoilers I've read about the other specials!

1 made a huge mistake.:
I am with you on this one! It wasn't the best episode, but I did love Malcolm!!!!
