Dear New Secretary At Work, There is a specific inbox that I use for scanning. Every morning when I come in, I take this inbox to my desk. STOP BRINGING DOCUMENTS BACK TO ADD TO THE BOX. You can wait to clear your desk for the ONE HOUR it takes for me to scan what's in the inbox. I have to move on to other things! So, stop it. XOXO, Toi.
