This has been the longest week. Bar application deadlines, work deadlines, class deadlines, and exam deadlines. My spring break will finally begin tomorrow at 1pm. My last one. Ever. Ughhhhhhhhhhh. I do not want to grow up.
The fam arrives tomorrow to hang out in our nation's capital. Should be mucho fun. We're doing lots of touristy things which is good because I have been slacking in that department. Dorothy's ruby slippers, here I come!
Went to a Caps game with the house and had an excellent, excellent time. (There's a picture of us at the game on Facebook that I'm tagged in, if you are curious to see the people I'm living with. It's not the entire house, but the people who aren't in it aren't worth knowing. Kidding! ... kinda.) Bought tickets to go again, sans the people who had never been to a hockey game and so were annoying. Could be starting WWIII in this house, but I'm not too concerned at the moment. We're concocting back-stories and alibis, so I'm sure it will be fine. Or blow up spectacularly in our faces.
I really, really, really wish Mumford & Sons were touring in the US now. I would sell a kidney to see them in concert.
Question: Have any of you ever met anyone from Delaware who was worth talking to? What a lousy state.
Question 2: What's your favorite shot to take? I've been letting other people order, but if I have to drink one more SoCo & Lime, I might give up alcohol altogether. I never have any ideas besides just straight whiskey though, so I'm open to suggestions.
Counted today. Only 7 weeks left here. How can that be?!
I suppose I should study more for this exam that I have to take at 9am.

4 made a huge mistake.:
I like tequila shots with a little salt and lemon, it's simple, classic and does the trick...
but if you want something a little more fancy try a lemon drop!
Enjoy the time with the family!
I...have always been a fan of Rumple Minze. It leaves you with a fresh minty taste...and it is 100 proof.
Washington Apples are a good choice. Whiskey for the boys but sweet enough for the girls.
I would kick a baby for tickets to Mumford and Sons. If they show up anywhere near us, want to go!?!?!?!?
All of those shots sound like stupendous ideas. I intend to try each and every one of them this weekend.
Sleepygirl, if Mumford and Sons show up within a 3 state radius of us, I will be more than happy to go. They. are. amazing.
