Work

I'm at work right now and it is shaping up to be another interesting, high-stress day like the past two have been. In fact, I'm expecting something to go very seriously wrong any minute now because it's only myself and Intern 1 (aka New Bestie) in the office right now.

The main event that has occupied my attention for most of the morning is that AK (who is our resident Youtube expert and video finder) is driving a government van to do official government business. As she parked the van in the parking garage below our building, she scraped it a leeeeetle bit on one of the stone pillars that is down there. The scratch is seriously, maybe 5 inches long, and it can be fixed. But she has been crying all morning and apologizing to anyone she speaks with on the phone. My shoulder is soaked from her tears.

New Bestie and I are at a loss of what else to do.

I hate this week so much.
