It's always hard to have these super fun weekends (yay Moi and Aussie and Sleepygirl and also Pomme for dealing with our phone calls) and then have to come back to reality so abruptly on Monday. Although this week, reality reared its ugly head on Sunday evening when I drove back to my apartment only to realize I had left my apartment keys on the kitchen counter...90 minutes away. Bummer.
Nothing exciting is happening to me now. Law school is just school. I got called on in class again and answered wrong. Oh well, it's the law school way.
I bought an apple cider candle and a pumpkin pie candle for my apartment. They were on sale because the store was attempting to get rid of all of the autumn items. Presumably to clear space for the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day items that need to be sold now. Lame. But the candle makes my apartment smell good and cider-y so yay!
Oh as a side note, did any of you see the commercial for the Sleeping Beauty DVD where Disney called it "a great Halloween gift."? Um, excuse me? We don't give gifts at Halloween. We give candy and apples and maybe floss if you are a dentist, but we don't need to buy movies for each other. Stop trying to make me spend my money on frivolous items I don't need, Disney. I do enough of that on my own without you attempting to make it a holiday necessity.
I added a little playlist to my blog. Yay! It's easier this way for me to play songs on my law school computer because I do not want to install itunes on it. It took me a long time to find a cute player that would fit in the sidebar of my blog. But I did, yay! It also has the capability to play videos (because it searches Youtube for songs), but the player does not always play the video; it puts up a picture instead. I think I figured that out though, so hopefully I can fix that later. It pretty much took up prime hours of my night finding this player, so I should probably devote some time to homework. It was funny - when picking songs for the playlist, I went with songs that I have listened to often at certain points in my life. Some of the songs are ones that I constantly listened to in France (surprisingly, not the ones in French), some are from when I constantly listened to Pandora at work, some are from recent summers, and some are from living at AQ. Sorry if it is loud for certain songs; I attempted to turn the volume down for the player but some of the songs are just VERY loud.
I've been re-watching Arrested Development. Even though I know everything that happens, doesn't make it any less hilarious.

2 made a huge mistake.:
It's an adorable little song player thingy -- I would steal it for my own blog, but that stupid thing loads slowly as it is....
It scared me! A lot! I'm at the library so I purposefully was avoiding Moi's blog, but bah!
Treachery!
Also, I want some cider...with rum in it, preferably.
