So, after procrastinating, procrastinating, and oh yeah, procrastinating, I finally got around to working on the practice exam for my Civil Procedure class.
My professor in this class, though at times a little dry, really enjoys teaching this material. And it really isn't a particularly difficult class; there are just rules to memorize and follow.
However, this practice exam (which is really just the exam from two years ago) is going to be a problem for me. Not because I have to apply legal concepts to the fact pattern given, but because of the characters in the fact pattern.
Examples:
Larry Voldemort
Gringotts Savings and Loan
Malfoy Security Company ("Malfoy")
Goyle Protection Services ("Goyle")
Alanis Morissette
Dr. Charles Gue
Ryan Howard (who, in this story, graduated from Cornell)
Michael Scott
Jenna Fischer
Dunder-Mifflin Scranton
Pam Beesly
Dwight Schrute
I completely lose sight of the question and begin to think about the last episode of The Office I watched or which Harry Potter book I want to reread over Christmas break and how Scarlett Johannson must really be killing Alanis Morissette by marry Ryan Reynolds so quickly.
Law school exams are even harder than I thought.

1 made a huge mistake.:
I know how you feel!!!
Sounds like one of Dave's Communication exams...
