As I make an effort to eat the food I have in my apartment (instead of constantly going to Meijer), I have been scouring the Internet for recipes that use up the strange mix of ingredients housed in my pantry and fridge.
Today, I made these:
Scrambled Egg Toast
It's scrambled eggs and chives on top of toast smeared with goat cheese. And they are delicious. I didn't have any proper toast, so I had to make do with a baguette that I baked. Didn't matter. Still delicious. I highly recommend them.
So now, I have some goat cheese left over. I'm thinking maybe goat cheese tarts considering that I have puff pastry and tomatoes. However, if anyone knows what to do with a mix of lettuce, tuna, vegetable soup, and french onion dip I am open to suggestions.

1 made a huge mistake.:
I vote you bring all of it, in a bag, to the Harry Potter 12-hours-long wait we're going to have. We can share it with our neighbors and laugh.
