Had a pretty bland 4th of July - so much so that I'm not even writing about it until now, July 5th. Not really my type of holiday, since we don't go up to the lake anymore.
Spent more time at a hospital today - this time at MedExpress with my Grandmother. I had to be the grown-up in the room. Between my grandmother who is losing her memory, my grandfather who cannot hear and my mother (the one with any real medical knowledge) who could not come because she had surgery yesterday, I had to be the one to ask questions of the doctor. This being a grown-up thing sucks. Anyone want to trade? It all worked out fine though. Also, no one else better end up in the hospital this weekend - I don't know if I can handle another trip there.
Watched "Invincible" with my siblings tonight. I can handle movies about football. I can handle movies about people who "become something" and this is expressed through many scenes with the person sitting by himself staring into space. However, the two don't work very well together, which is why this movie is not very popular. The ending on this was terrible; both Lil Sis and I couldn't believe it when the credits started rolling. It really was so abrupt that the credits were half over before we realized what was going on.
Had an epiphany today. Well, one epiphany and the beginnings of another. It made me feel calm. I like this feeling.

4 made a huge mistake.:
Did you spell-check this before you posted it? :P lol
That movie was not very good. I think half of it was just watching him watch something else. Very strange. I at least wanted to see what he was looking at!
Another hospital, I think, will kill me.
Aww, my friend I am sorry! I hope everything worked out!!! The grown up thing does suck!

Hey darling!
I'm sorry you're having a stressful/busy/crazy/too-adulty sort of time.
I had my own epiphany yesterday -- did yours result in only two hours of sleep, because mine did. ;)
Call me if you need me -- I'm free demain for chocolate and bad movies, if necessary.
Major hugs. I hope everyone is doing alright. Responsibility is the suck.
Love ya. Your wheel will spin back around soon, I promise.
