Stream of Consciousness

So, this is the post during the part of the semester where I begin to get really stressed out and hate my life and school and everything that goes along with it and miss my friends horribly and want to move and dream of moving and waste time looking at apartments instead of working on my paper which has to have 7,000 words and of which I only have 3,000 words and I've almost run out of things to talk about and I can't change the margins and don't know if I can BS 4,000 words and the rough draft is due tomorrow and the good news is that it's only a rough draft but the bad news is that it's due tomorrow and my professor said to treat it like it's a final draft so I think he is expecting all 7,000 words, not that he is going to count or make us turn in an electronic copy or (I suspect) even read these at all but I don't want to take the chance that he does read them and then he thinks I am an idiot because of what I've wrote because most it (already) is BS and I do have actual sources and an actual idea but I don't have the time in the next 15 hours to really flesh this idea out and I obviously should have been working on this the entire semester but 1) since when have I ever done that and 2) it is exhausting going to school AND working and I don't know how other people manage it and I am really, really tired of doing it and would just like one night where I am not stressed about either work or school and can just go out and have a nice time but it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime within the next month since I have rough draft, work deadline, other work deadline, exam, exam, exam, exam, final paper to contend with and I've pretty much resigned myself to spending weekend after weekend in this terrible place of a city in my small apartment where my parents will sometimes show up with food (which is good because I don't really get dressed properly anymore so it's easier if they bring food to me instead of us having to go out and get it) and then tell me all sorts of nice things about how much they love me and want me to do well and know how hard I'm working (spoiler: I'm not) and generally make me feel terrible and then leave and it's even harder for me to work on stuff because all I want to do is cry and go to sleep so then still nothing gets done and wow, this is the worst post I've ever written.

Actually, it should be noted that this is probably just a continuation of my last post, at least emotionally.

I wonder if I can insert this post into my paper. It would really help my word count. And it took me all of 10 minutes to write all of this.

Also, I disliked the Doctor Who episode this week. It was stupid. Except for the first 10 minutes. There is something quite charming about a Dalek asking "Would you like some tea?" You can see here (note: it might repeat itself at the beginning for some reason) or here.

1 made a huge mistake.:
